3 hour agoTrujillo. Governor Gerardo Márquez reported the arrest of a FANB captain and a doctor for alleged "terrorist actions" that included planning the takeover of the Rivas Dávila Motorized Infantry Battalion. Weapons, fuel, and equipment were seized; a third suspect escaped.
