1 day agoThe Permanent Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations denounces the escalation of hostile actions and threats by the United States, which now include the deployment of additional warships to the Caribbean, including the guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Erie and the nuclear-powered submarine USS Newport News. According to the statement from the permanent mission to the UN, Caracas calls for the "preservation of peace, security, and stability" in the region.

He accuses María Corina Machado of colluding with militants and asserts that the DEA is "the largest cartel in the world."
Maduro announces a new "massive enlistment campaign" for Friday the 29th and Saturday the 30th.

1 week agoVenezuela Ministry of Transportation announced a temporary 30-day suspension of the purchase, sale, manufacture, import, distribution, and flights of drones and unmanned aircraft throughout Venezuela, extendable as necessary.
US deploys warships near Venezuela to combat drug threats. The sources said the ships are the USS Gravely, USS Jason Dunham and the USS Sampson.
